You may use this Site to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Quotes & Estimates

Information submitted through our contact form is used to provide an estimate or quote. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you share and may be adjusted after an in-person or more detailed assessment of the property or project. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding service agreement — a service agreement is formed only when both parties confirm scope, pricing, and scheduling.

Scope of Services

Out of the Ashes Cleaning Services provides make-ready and move-in/move-out cleaning, new construction and post-construction cleaning, biohazard remediation, professional organizing, hoarding cleanup, and junk removal / property cleanout services. We do NOT offer recurring residential cleaning. If you are looking for recurring residential housekeeping, we are not the right service provider for that need.

Service Areas

We generally serve Hallsville and the surrounding East Texas communities listed on our Service Areas page. Service outside our typical coverage area is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Payment terms, methods accepted, and pricing are communicated directly at the time a quote is confirmed. We accept cash, check, and card unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Out of the Ashes Cleaning Services unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-Party Links & Embeds

This Site may include links to or embeds from third-party services (such as Google Maps, Facebook, or Yelp). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services.
